Ethiopian Airlines Resumes Abuja Service

Expectedly, Ethiopian Airlines (ET) flight arrived the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja Airport on MondaySeptember 7, 2020 after suspension of flight to Nigeria following the closure of the airspace by the Federal Government to curtail the spread of Coroavirus pandemic in March. The aircraft arrived at 2 P.M. to a remarkable water cannon reception.
Officials from the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), Immigration, National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) and other associates were on groud to receive the Airbus A350 and do their duties.The aircraft arrived with I80 passengers and departed with another 257 passengers.
ET will also resume flight operations to the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos on Tuesday September 8, 2020 ad will be operating the Lagos route with B777 aircraft four times weekly.
