Coscharis Motors Shows-off Its Own Renault Assembly Plant, Sales, Services

Coscharis Motors Plc., a subsidiary of Coscharis Group has officially re-introduced the Renault auto models into the Nigerian market with complementary after-sales facilities in major Nigerian cities such as Abuja, Lagos, Port Harcourt and Uyo.

The respected Nigerian auto dealer organised a Test & Ride event for auto journalists at it’s modern facility at Lekki- Awoyaya, Lagos recently where it unveiled  its new  jaw-dropping  Renault Assembly Plant to the press . It was also an occasion when the journalists were able to check out the Renault models including the much sought-after Duster.

The newly introduced brands consist of three Sport Utility Vehicles and one saloon car namely Duster, Koleos, Kwid and Logan, according to a statement emailed to our correspondent by the company’s Corporate Communications Manager, Abiona Babarinde.

Group Managing Director, Coscharis Group, Josiah Samuel, was quoted as saying, “If you recall, in July 2019 we formally announced our partnership with the Renault Group to represent their auto brands in Nigeria.

“This was done with fanfare when we equally showcased our ultra-modern Semi – Knocked Down Assembly Plant located at our group head office in Lagos.

“As of today, Coscharis Motors is set to commence Renault vehicle sales based on locally assembled models and fully built models for Nigeria roads.

“The plan is to ensure that we continually deliver value for money by providing quality automobile like the Renault brand vehicles to discerning Nigerians at an affordable price range.”

Samuel said the firm had secured all the requisite Original Equipment Manufacturer’s ratings and approvals to commence assemblage of the Duster and Logan brands.

He stated that the Koleos, Kwid and Oroch would be introduced at a later date. He urged customers to patronise the brand as the original parts, certified technicians coupled with the right tools were available to fix the vehicles.
