Manager of Home Touch Restaurant, Mr. Peter Echela said: “Home Touch Restaurant is a place for Nigeria dishes and we do it well to satisfy our customers. Diners are coming for authentic pounded yam served with Edikang Ikong and Egusi Soup, Isi-ewu delicacy and other Nigeria dishes. We also do Gbegiri. Our customers love our Banga and ‘Fisherman’ Soup. They usually come back after the first visit, second time around they visit with friends and family to enjoy their meal. Adding: “That’s what gives us joy.”
Echela attributed the increased patronage to the unique selling points of the eatery. He said customers can eat indoor and outdoor but some of them choose the out-door option where breeze caresses their faces as they eat.
Moreover, they like to comply with COVID-i9 guidelines taking advantage of the large compound to maintain social distancing after washing their hands in wash hand basin with running taps placed at strategic locations. The restaurant also attracts business and convention visitors who often times hold their meetings outdoor in the expansive compound.
