Investors in hotels, ecotourism and agro-tourism and other segments in the tourism industry are expected to participate at the Nigeria Tourism Investors Forum and Exhibition (NTIFE) 2019, which will open for business at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel, Abuja between November 19 and 20.
The organisers of the Expo, the Federation of Tourism Associations of Nigeria (FTAN) is targeting both local and international businesses to make enquiries on the innovations and Nigeria tourism products.
President of FTAN, and co- chair of the organising committee of NTIFE, Alhaji Saleh Rabo, said leading travel brands and government agencies, including the federal and state governments, are expected to attend the two- day event to showcase their various offerings.
“Our primary goal with NTIFE 2019 is to get a workable consensus among Nigeria tourism stakeholders and facilitate the enactment of a pro-tourism development Act of Parliament,’’ said Rabo of NTIFE,” he said.
FTAN is the apex private sector tourism association of Nigerian hotels, travel agencies, tour operators and other tourism-reliant organisations.
